This week I am wondering whether you can truly be yourself in business or if you have to build a business persona?
A number of things happened this week that, when made me wonder.
I can see how personality is so important in who we are and how we can be successful but I also wonder if it is still seen as deterimental to business success and if our natural inclination is to hide it away?
