Whether you are the vendor or the client, sometimes making a successful relationship can be difficult.  Language barriers, cultural differences, timezone challenges and more can all provide challenges to a successful relationship.  Having someone on the ground with the client, participating in client discussions and then helping the vendor team to fully understand what the requirements or issues are can be a huge benefit.

 

With the goal of making the relationship successful for all parties, I will work with you to ensure that both sides are clear on what is required and that we are meeting expectations.

 

Should problems arise, I can meet face to face with the client to discuss and understand where they are experiencing problems and help to identify the necessary actions to be taken so that the situation can be remedied.
